This Refund Policy describes when refunds may be issued for purchases made on FateMatrices. By making a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this policy.

1. Digital Content & No-Refund Rule

All reports sold on FateMatrices are digital content delivered electronically. Once a report has started generating or has been delivered, all sales are final and non-refundable. This is because the digital content has been made available to you and cannot be returned.

2. Exceptions – When Refunds May Be Issued

Refunds may be issued in the following circumstances only: • Duplicate or accidental double charges • Technical failure where the report could not be delivered after payment • Unauthorized transaction (validated by payment provider) • Required by applicable law or payment network rules (e.g., consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction)

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at support@fatematrices.com within 14 days of the transaction, providing your order ID and the reason for the request. We will review your request and respond within 5 business days. Refunds, if approved, will be issued to the original payment method.

4. Chargebacks & Disputes

Before filing a chargeback or payment dispute, please contact us first at support@fatematrices.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in your account being blocked from future purchases.

5. Processing Time

Approved refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider and bank. FateMatrices is not responsible for delays caused by your bank or payment provider.
